Big Woods Blue is our award-winning sheep milk blue, with the spiciness of blue balanced with creaminess of sheep milk.  Hidden Falls SOLD OUT is a cow/sheep milk blend with a bloomy rind and a delicate floral interior that ripens from the outside in.  Friesago is our aged, natural rind sheep milk cheese with a mild, grassy flavor and a nutty finish.
