One piece of sheep milk Sogn, our showstopping tomme style cheese. Sogn has a mild, slightly sweet-fruity flavor with a rustic woodsy rind. (approx 1/3 lb)  Serve with hearty crackers and our lamb summer sausage.

**Orders received after 6pm Thursday will be available the following week, the next Saturday.
